Terms of Service

Version 2026-07-13 — effective 13 July 2026

ICCKNet ("we", "us", "our") provides a multi-tenant platform for Internet Service Providers (ISPs), hotspot operators, and network access providers. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an organization account on ICCKNet, you agree to:

  • Be bound by these Terms of Service
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Accept our Privacy Policy

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

3. Account Registration

3.1 Who Can Register

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Subscription Fees

4.2 Payment Terms

4.3 Late Payment & Suspension

5. Data Isolation and Privacy

5.1 Tenant Data Isolation

5.2 Customer Data

Your customers' data is collected and stored on behalf of your organization. You are responsible for your customers' data in accordance with:

  • The Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843)
  • Any other applicable data protection laws

5.3 Data Protection

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Permitted Uses

You agree to use ICCKNet only for:

7. Organization Administration

7.1 Admin Responsibilities

7.2 Customer Relationships

  • Your customers are your customers, not ours

  • You must provide your own terms of service to your customers

8. Cancellation and Termination

8.1 Cancellation by You

9. Intellectual Property

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ICCKNet during your subscription period.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty

ICCKNet is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

11. Indemnification

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

16. Changes to These Terms

Your continued use of ICCKNet after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
